Green Race Milano 2011

The first event in Milan Ecorunning that combines the themes of sports, wellness and ecology
As is the case in the most important and famous parks in the world - Central Park in New York, Hyde Park in London, Sydney Olympic Park - Milan also promotes a sporting event and party in one of its most beautiful parks.

The event is meant to be an opportunity for high-profile sporting, technical and competitive (reserved for athletes and fans), is a party / race / walk, 'a free pass' open to all.

A new formula has 'street / country' offering to the athletes and all the participants a unique and spectacular location 'mixed' routes between asphalt, gravel and grass. A trip designed to highlight the extraordinary beauty of this city park, to which there are large meadows, woods, lakes, dams and historic farmsteads, with breathtaking sights and unique environment for a race field.

Occasion sports / racing (10 km race), but also of movement and fun (path 2 km) and -adapting the project and setting eco-running - can be especially educational opportunity for all participants.
